Our team has more than 10 years experience in property, such as building, refurbishment, renting, flips, Serviced Accomondations in Scotland and abroad.
In doing this, we offer an opportunity to private lenders who want to create a hassle-free fixed income from property-based investment without the work with the properties, labourers, agencies, etc.

We work with private investors to fund the purchases and refurbishment within the PropertyM Ltd.
Our investors are paid a fixed rate return in exchange for lending capital.
A loan agreement is in place to legally record the details.
All investment carries a certain amount of risk and we minimise that risk via the equity in properties we buy. Before purchase we run every property through our rigorous criterias to ensure every deal is a strong investment.
The area we work in
We spent considerable time researching the Scottish property market. We have identified this area to perform very well against our criteria.
PropertyM Ltd. is based in Edinburgh, all the properties we work with are in maximum 1 hour driving distance in order to manage all the refurbishments.
